Creating a Healthy Life Style for Adolescents
It is hard for many adolescents to have a healthy life style with the hundred of video games and movies at their disposal. According to research, teens spend an averages of six hours a day watching television, playing computer games, or simply watching a screen. Some young people spend more time in front of a screen than in the classroom. While all adolescents are not playing computer games, those who are outside are still not getting enough physical activity. Yet, parents and teachers realize cutting down time in front of the screen is not the answer.Adolescents, parents and teachers need to find a healthy balance between the amount of time spent in front of a computer and the amount of time in the front yard. The truth of the matter is children need to learn how to use computers but they also need to keep their bodies healthy at the same time.
