But where do you go from here? There are so many diets that promise quick weight loss. There are execrise programs that promise flat hard abs. But this is not realistic for everyone.

The weight loss industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. Try to choose a diet/exercise programs that is liveable because you are eating healthy for life! There will be days when you eat more becuase of a special occasion or eat less beucase you do nto have time. There will be days when you have hours to spend at the gym, or simply 20 minutes to take a walk. A good program is flexible for your lifestyle so you can stay on it for the long term.

Remember there are no short-cuts to losing weight. It will take time, losing about 1-2 lbs a week. It took weeks, months, and/or years to put it all on, and it will take just a long to take it all off.
